FITNESS SESSIONS

We have wonderful Monika, joining us as a very experienced personal trainer

 

Monika will be doing various things round the clinics including

  • 1:1 fitness/ strengthening session with the kids

  • Group fitness sessions with the kids

SKILLS AND THRILLS sessions. Thursday mornings and Saturday afternoons 50 mins of all activities gross motor. Think balance beams, cartwheels, ball skills, team games - fun, fitness and skills

ADULT sessions

Would you be interested in have a personal trainer session yourself - focusing on your goal - whether it be fitness, strengthening, stretching or weight loss? This can happen while your child is doing their physio or after hours!
